Our company imports a man made gas that is used by the utility industry. No one in the US makes this gas and the duty on the import from Russia causes the utility industry to have to raise prices to the end consumer.

With the increased commodity prices, if we are required to pay extra duty which is representing 20% of our operating income, two more individuals will join the unemployment lines and trade activity in the amount of $800K will cease to exist.
